Welcome to The Whimsy Mail Club (TWMC)! ✨
TWMC is a special corner of the world built just for ladies. Whether you’re a student, a busy professional, a working mom, a SAHM or a lady slaying the day — there’s a seat at our table for you!
How it Works (The Timeline) 🗓️
• Sign-ups: Open from the 1st until the end of every month.
• The Wait: When you join, you’re securing next month’s happy mail. (For example: Sign up in Feb, and look forward to your March surprise!)
• Shipping: I’ll pop your mail in the post during the first week of your receiving month.
Shipping & Delivery 📮
• Traditional Post: By default, I use envelopes and stamps (no tracking) to keep the "snail mail" charm alive.
• Fast Mail: For my Malaysian friends who prefer speed, you can opt for parcel delivery instead!
• Bonus: There is zero shipping fee at checkout!
What’s Inside Your Envelope? 💌
Every month, you’ll receive a little bundle of joy containing, at least:
• 1 personal letter
• 1 art postcard
• 2 die-cut stickers
• An extra surprise (e.g. bookmarks, planner sticker sheets or other cute stationery/ merchandise). For upcoming March, it will be Ramadhan Tracker!

Subscription & Cancellation 💳
• Billing: Your card is charged monthly on the same date you signed up (your "signup anniversary"). Each payment secures your spot for the following month’s happy mail!
• Payment Hiccups: If a payment fails, the system will try again in every 2 days. If it doesn't go through after 5 attempts, we’ll simply skip that month and try again the following month!
• The 20th Cut-off Rule: To make sure every envelope is perfect, I start prepping and sourcing materials on the 20th of each month.
• Flexibility: You’re free to cancel anytime! Just a heads-up: to avoid being charged for the next month, please make sure to cancel before the 20th.
• Note: If you cancel on or after the 20th, your final payment will still process as scheduled at the end of the month. You’ll receive one last beautiful mail piece from me the following month, and then your subscription will wrap up!

• Returns: Because everything is prepared as a "pre-order" just for you, I can’t offer returns or refunds.
• Mailbox Love: Please make sure your mailbox is sturdy and weather-proof so your goodies stay safe and dry!
